1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Infinite Wordle. They apply when you access or use infinitewordle.io, the infinite wordle online word game, and related website features that link to these Terms.

By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

3. Infinite Wordle Services and Access

Infinite Wordle may provide a browser-based word-guessing game, five-letter word puzzle rounds, repeated puzzle access, letter and position clues, supporting gameplay information, free game access, Pro features where available, Custom access arrangements, and help, contact, or informational pages.

The infinite wordle experience may vary by device, browser, location, plan, or version. The core game may be available without a registered account. The website does not guarantee that every possible word will be accepted.

Word lists, puzzle answers, clue behaviour, rules, and available attempts may be updated. Puzzle outcomes do not carry monetary value, and gameplay performance, streaks, scores, or completion results do not create ownership rights or entitlement to payment.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible browser, device, and internet connection. The service is provided for entertainment and general word-practice purposes, not formal education, medical treatment, cognitive therapy, or guaranteed learning outcomes.

4. Free, Pro and Custom Plans

4.1 Free Access

Certain core features may be available without payment. Free features may change over time, and free access does not guarantee permanent access to every existing feature.

Reasonable restrictions may be introduced for security, technical, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons. You will not be charged merely for using a clearly identified free feature.

4.2 Pro Access

Pro access may include additional features identified on the Pricing page or at checkout. The exact price, billing frequency, renewal terms, feature list, taxes, and payment conditions will be displayed before purchase.

You should review the current Pro description before paying. Unannounced or removed features should not be assumed to be included. Pro access is personal unless the applicable purchase terms explicitly allow sharing or group use.

4.3 Custom Plans

Custom plans may be available for schools, teams, communities, publishers, organisations, campaigns, or special projects. Availability depends on technical scope, intended use, timeline, and other requirements.

A Custom-plan enquiry does not guarantee acceptance. A separate written proposal, quotation, order form, or agreement may apply, and that specific written agreement will control where it conflicts with these general Terms for that Custom service.

5. Payments, Billing and Cancellations

Paid prices and billing terms will be displayed before you confirm a purchase. Where payment is required, you must provide accurate payment and billing information and review the final order summary before completing the transaction.

Payment may be processed by an independent payment provider with separate terms and privacy practices. Infinite Wordle does not need to receive or store full payment-card details when processing is handled by a third-party provider.

Applicable taxes, fees, or currency information should be displayed at checkout where required. If a plan renews automatically, the renewal frequency and cancellation process must be disclosed before purchase.

Access may begin after successful payment or another agreed activation process. Failed, reversed, disputed, or unauthorised payments may result in delayed, restricted, or suspended paid access.

Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the applicable checkout terms and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory cancellation, refund, replacement, repair, price-reduction, or other rights that apply under law.

6. Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must not misuse the website or interfere with fair access for others. You must not:

Reasonable action may be taken to investigate misuse and protect the website, users, and service operation.

7. Intellectual Property and Brand Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original text, branding, graphics, code, layouts, logos, icons, puzzle presentation, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Infinite Wordle.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the website for lawful personal purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, republish, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit protected website materials without written permission. Normal browser caching and personal screenshots are allowed where lawful and not used to misrepresent, infringe, or commercially exploit the service.

Third-party names, marks, game titles, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to another product or word game does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement. Infinite Wordle is an independent word-game website.

You should not use Infinite Wordle branding or the infinite wordle name in a way that causes confusion about ownership, affiliation, or endorsement.

8. Feedback and User Communications

You may submit support questions, technical reports, suggestions, ideas, feature requests, Pro enquiries, Custom-plan proposals, partnership messages, and other communications. You must have the right to submit the information you send.

Submitting a proposal does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or binding commercial agreement.

Access may be affected by maintenance, hosting failures, internet problems, security incidents, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. You may stop using the free service at any time.

Access may be suspended or terminated for serious or repeated misuse, non-payment, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. The website does not guarantee that every word, clue, definition, puzzle, result, or piece of content will always be complete, accurate, or error-free. Puzzle answers and accepted-word lists may vary from other dictionaries, games, regions, or language conventions.

The service is not professional educational, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You make your own decisions about how you use the service.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Wordle is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by use of the free service, losses caused entirely by circumstances outside reasonable control, a user’s incompatible device, browser, or internet connection, or unauthorised account or payment activity caused by the user’s own failure to protect credentials.
